關(guān)于召開(kāi)第三屆中國(guó)國(guó)際風(fēng)電復(fù)合材料高峰論壇的通知

　　主題：降本增效、智能制造、智慧運(yùn)維

　　

　　中國(guó)風(fēng)電復(fù)合材料尤其是風(fēng)電葉片行業(yè)經(jīng)過(guò)近三十年的發(fā)展，目前已經(jīng)逐步形成了完整的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈。隨著我國(guó)風(fēng)電行業(yè)“風(fēng)馳電掣”般的發(fā)展和技術(shù)進(jìn)步，一大批風(fēng)機(jī)葉片廠家通過(guò)引進(jìn)、消化、吸收以及在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新，目前已經(jīng)突破了核心技術(shù)壟斷，實(shí)現(xiàn)了關(guān)鍵原材料國(guó)產(chǎn)化和制造能力建設(shè)，整體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力日益增強(qiáng)。然而，我國(guó)目前葉片廠家在葉片整體技術(shù)方面與國(guó)際水平相比存在一定的差距，尤其在降本增效、智能制造、智慧運(yùn)維等方面仍有諸多問(wèn)題亟待提高和解決。　　

　　2016年11月國(guó)家能源局發(fā)布了《風(fēng)電發(fā)展“十三五”規(guī)劃》明確指出，到2020年底，風(fēng)電累計(jì)并網(wǎng)裝機(jī)容量確保達(dá)到2.1億千瓦以上，實(shí)現(xiàn)風(fēng)電與煤電上網(wǎng)電價(jià)基本相當(dāng)，風(fēng)電裝備技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力達(dá)到國(guó)際先進(jìn)水平。隨著風(fēng)機(jī)單機(jī)功率的提升，未來(lái)風(fēng)電葉片大型化、輕量化、低成本、智能化、柔性化趨勢(shì)將更加明顯。　　

　　近年來(lái)，中國(guó)風(fēng)電裝機(jī)容量的大幅度增長(zhǎng)，風(fēng)電機(jī)組出質(zhì)保期的數(shù)量越來(lái)越多，風(fēng)機(jī)葉片運(yùn)維業(yè)務(wù)需求量也越來(lái)越大，面對(duì)巨大的市場(chǎng)需求，出現(xiàn)了多種葉片運(yùn)維模式，提高葉片運(yùn)維質(zhì)量、快速響應(yīng)業(yè)主需求，成為葉片運(yùn)維后時(shí)代到來(lái)的重要課題。

　　China Summit Forum 3rd for International Wind Power Composite Materials

　　

　　Theme: cost decreasing and benefit increasing, intelligent manufacturing, wisdom operation and maintenance

　　

　　Background:

　　

　　With nearly 30 years’ development, China’s composite materials in wind power generation, especially the blades industry have gradually formed their industrial chain. China’s wind power industry has achieved amazing development and technical progress, a large stocks of wind turbine blades, through secondary innovation, have made a great breakthrough in the core technical monopoly, realized key raw materials domestication and manufacturing capacity and enhanced the whole competition. However, there is a large gap between China’s level and world standard in systemic technology, particularly, cutting the cost to increase efficiency, intelligent manufacturing and intelligent operation and maintenance and other issues need to be improved and resolved in urgency.

　　

　　The 13th Five-Year Plan for the Development of Wind Power issued by National Energy Administration in November, 2016 clearly pointed out that by the end of 2020, China should assure that total installed grid connected wind capacity will be more than 210million KW, try to make grid purchase price be equal to that of coal power, technical innovation of wind power equipment catch up with the international level. With the increased capacity of single wind turbine, the trend of large-scaled, light weighted, low cost, intelligentize and flexibility becomes more obvious that the future wind turbines will be.

　　

　　In recent years, China’s installed grid connected wind capacity has achieved substantial increase, the number of wind turbines with guarantee period and quantity demanded of blades operation and maintenance become more and more. Facing the huge market demand, various operation and maintenance modes have appeared in market, improving operation and maintenance of blades’ quality and responding to wind farms’ owners have become the significant topics of the coming post-blades’ operation and maintenance era.

　　

　　At the request of wind farms’ owners, entrepreneurs of wind turbines, blades, raw materials and operation and maintenance, the China Summit Forum 3rd for International Wind Power Composite Materials will be sponsored by East Wind Power Internet (www.demannewmaterials.com), co-sponsored by Taishan Fiberglass Inc. and Sichuan Dongshu New Materials Co., Ltd. on March 30 to April 1 (register on March 29) in Wanda Realm Tai’an (five star), Shandong province. 　　4) Topics on operation and maintenance, testing and certification, deicing and anti-thunder, Remodeling for blade lengthen and lifting and transportation will be discussed. All the participants will talk about how to improve the safety and reliability of blades and power generation efficiency.
