　　MECAL過去20多年間所設計優化的100多臺風機，從未出現倒塌事件和嚴重設計問題。

　　MECAL is able to provide client with overall wind turbine design and engineering services both for offshore and onshore, because MECAL:

　　a.has thorough knowledge of the overall conceptual and detailed design of wind turbine, load calculations and control system design, FEA analysis and other aspects of wind turbines.

　　b.is familiar with the requirements for the design and certification processes as well as preparation of the documents required for certification.

　　c.is experienced in controlling the cost and risk in design.

　　d.over 100 turbines which are designed and optimised by MECAL since over 20 years ago, never had any collapse issues and serious design related problems.

　　e.MECAL developed software dedicated for wind turbine design, which was recognised by all certification companies. By using that software, MECAL can design most optimised for light weight and reliability.
