職位描述：
Responsibilities:
TFocus on GVOS (Gamesa Value Operating System) implementation and continuous improvement in Gearbox Line: he/she willConcentrate on Lean Fundamentals work through the using the typical Lean Tools of 7S, OEE, TPM, MIFD(Material and Information Flow Diagram), MIFA(Material and Information Flow Analysis), Standardized work implementation, SMED, etc.
Implement and improve Pull System finally on line, SMED, to delete the wastes, get cost down, low down stock level in plant
Shoot problems on the flow inner plant, to update the production data to meet the KPI on Quality, Productivity hours, OEE, Lead Time, Stock on line.
Organize and train the team members to realize the target
Weekly report to manager about the status through following action plan
Response to build up the new action plan to achieve the new target yearly
Assistant to the manager on the related field work of department.Requirements:
1. Bachelor and related majors with good English competence of Speaking and writing
2. More than 2 years Lean Manufacturing experience at least in the industrial field with the outstanding achievement on 7S, TPM, Value Stream Mapping building, Problem-shooting, and pull syatem.
3. More than 3 years of process work is preferred
4. More than 2 years of Engineering work
5. Excellent skill of soft wares of Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
6. Excellent skill of AutoCAD or one of 3D of drawing soft wares (e.g. Solid works, Pro-E…)
7. Strong sense of team work and communication skill
Ability to create a SMART action plan
8. Quick type speed, good habit & horizon, with good behaviour are the basic.
9. Strong communication skill and self-motivation spirit.
